At Shapeshifters, our approach is what makes us a great Bootcamp. We have proudly continued this philosophy since 2016. We ask ourselves what is vitally important to our clients, and we arrived at a method that is efficient and effective. It doesn’t matter if you’re new to camp or ready to take it to the next level. At Shapeshifters, we will help you get where you want to go, no matter your level. Wether it's entry level or advanced or just love being the in the open air or getting out to meet friends. We have it all. We are the balance after a hard days work.

Coach Sandy

Are you looking for a great personailty, making every class awesome and Fun. I'm a product of what I do and have managed to keep off 20kg's for over 7 years to date. I love helping others get thier results and achieving thier goals!

BIO - If you need a Bootcamp, Nutritional or Home coaching, 1 on 1, Spinning, Aerobics, Aqua classes or General sports conditioning, I do them all, including Openening of events.

Coach Norm

If you want to get into shape, you have come to the right place. I love the classes, people and as you know, being the Boxercise coach and DJ! I am also product of what we offer. I used to be 103kg and now weigh a stable 85kg. I have kept 18 Kilo's off for 7 years and still going strong! I am a keen Runner and Swimmer at the age of 47. Our Bootcamp Nutrition and exercise program has helped me finish a few 42kms and enter 2x Comerades. With that, I have been able to medal in Swimming World Masters Championships in Italy. Placing Top10 for 200m Butterfly. If you want up your Strength and Performace, Bootcamp is the place to be!
